Behavioral Health Services provided to persons 55+ years include behavioral health management, substance abuse prevention, outpatient, individual aftercare, brief intervention screening, outpatient/peer support, and an elderly crisis support team. Some services may be provided in-home.
Community Care for the Elderly Assists functionally impaired, adults 60+ years who are at risk of premature nursing home placement. Services may include case management, homemaking, personal care, respite care, health support, adult daycare, monthly caregiver stipend, and others.
Veterans Services Provides assistance to veterans, their widows, dependents and dependent survivors regardless of age or another status. Services include outreach, information and referral linkage, and benefit and claims processing.

Provides meal delivery to low-income, homebound and frail older adults. Offers hot meals to registered individuals at senior centers, meals for companion pets and nutrition counseling. Arranges for a volunteer to shop for those who can pay for their own groceries but are unable to shop for themselves. Delivers a 14-day of supply of emergency meals to older adults returning home from the hospital or who suddenly find themselves in need of immediate assistance.

Volunteer service organization provides opportunities for older adults to tutor and mentor children, provide support and companionship to frail elderly and adults with disabilities or mentor veterans. Case managers provide in-home assessments for both clients and volunteers. Also matches volunteers with community agencies.
Senior Companion Program Volunteers provide respite services to caregivers of elderly and disabled adults. Low-income volunteers, 55+ years, are trained to provide friendship and companionship at no cost to elderly individuals who may be at risk for institutional placement. Volunteers visit their clients approximately two times a week and serve up to 15–20 hours per week. Most are entitled to a tax-free hourly stipend if they meet income eligibility guidelines.
RELIEF for Caregivers Volunteers provide in-home respite to relieve caregivers of older adults.
Foster Grandparents Volunteers, 55+ years, participate as role models, mentors, and friends to children with exceptional needs. A small stipend is available to volunteers who meet low-income eligibility.
Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Matches volunteers, 55+ years, with local organizations to assist in providing services that rely on the volunteer’s skills and talents.
Veterans Helping Veterans Senior volunteers, 55+ years who are veterans themselves, serve as mentors to returning veterans transitioning back to civilian life.
Legacy Corp Provides caregiver and veteran support services by and for veteran and military families. Volunteers receive a monthly taxable allowance to cover any cost of volunteering.
Caregiver Assistance Program Provides quarterly workshops that give caregivers a much-needed break while receiving education on topics relevant to caregiving.
Senior Planet Offers technology training program for older adults to strengthen their social and economic well-being.
